Audit Log Missing Events (Perspective, Gateway)

The audit log is recording Designer login/logout events but not for the Gateway and Perspective.

Idea's or suggestions?

Setup the audit log on the Project Properties.

I configured the Project Properties audit log months ago.

You can also configure a gateway level audit profile.

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. Gateway auditing isn't enabled by default and has to be manually configured. Please see Audit Log and Profiles | Ignition User Manual for more information. It would be helpful if you could share some screenshots of the setup within the project and the audit profile within the gateway. If all else fails, I'd suggest reaching out to our support department, and they can do a deeper dive into the system.

Thanks for uploading what was set in the Designer. Enabling auditing for a project doesn't enable gateway auditing. What's the gateway audit profile selected as? This is the page I was referring to:

Please show the missing audit logs. From our testing, gateway actions are being recorded when set as you're seeing here
