We want to know feasibility of capture hostname of client system instated of client IP address in audit log.
Let me if it is feasible or not? or how it can achieve it

It's certainly not something you have any control over, we'd have to change this functionality inside Ignition. And we're not likely to anytime soon.
Would the resolve client host names setting allow the gateway to look up the host names for this field or is that for web sessions only?
A trigger in the database could probably be made to do the reverse lookup and inject it in a separate column.
Not this particular audit event. This particular branch of code will only ever be hit by the Designer, and the designer doesn't participate in the hostname resolution setting nor the voluntary (somewhat insecure) self-reporting of hostnames that Vision clients do.
