Authenticate to two user sources in succession

Hello,

Is it possible to setup user sources such that the user would authenticate to both in succession and not in a failover scenario? They would authenticate first to an AD user source which would give them a role of 'Administrator' allowing them gateway config access. They would then authenticate to a local user source which would give them process specific roles 'Engineer,Supervisor,Operator' to be able to make changes within the process control system. I am wondering what my options are to make something like this work since it really isn't a failover.

Project autb is independent of gateway config auth, and can be set to different user sources or IdPs. Users would be prompted accordingly as they open the various resources.
