Authenticated View Requiring Repeated Log In With Inactive Detection Disabled

I have a project with the perspective settings set to require an authenticated user and with Automatic Inactivity Detection turned off. It repeatedly logs out and requires the users to log back in. This is really more of a display and I do not want users to have to repeatedly log in. I have to keep it behind a log in due to security concerns. Am I missing some setting? Is there any way to prevent the automatic log outs?

Is it possible you are having network disconnects from the Ignition Gateway? If they are long enough, they can trigger a logout.

If this is a shared panel on a factory floor, do you really need a "user" to authenticate? Could you disable the auth requirement and design your project to require user login when needed? For instance, when a user walks over to the display and wants to interact with it in a away that requires knowing who they are?

Alternatively, would security zones meet your requirements?
