Avaya IP Office Setup


I am having problems logging into avaya ip office from VOIP Voice Notification.
Getting error unknown[1]

When I check the logs in Avaya, it says that the user/password is wrong.

I have entered the correct user/password.

Anyone else had the same problem with Avaya?

I found a guide from 2013 on this forum, and I followed the guide with no luck.

This is the setup in avaya:

I have connection if i use (blank) no password.
even that i have a password setup in avaya.

I have tested the pipline but no call on the phone.
I got this in the log:

You probably should open a support ticket.
