I think you are talking about setting up the set up ssl configuration. I am having issues with it as well, but did find out that the ‘Common name’ must match the server name that you will log into to get to the gateway. If the link to the PC is http://ignition.xx.com where xx is the company domain, your common name is ignition.xx.com.
For the Primary and secondary Domain Controller host, you need to get them from your IT people. Normally it is a server that manages all of your DNS names.
I will let you know once I get the final steps working on mine.
