Background Color Property Not Showing on Labels in Vision

I typical use Perspective, but am modifying an old Vision project. When I add new labels they don't have a background color property:

Based on Vision - Label | Ignition User Manual I assumed they would. I'm obviously missing something basic regarding changing the background color of a label, what is it?

Change the 'Property Filter' to 'All':
