We have the same problem!!, We are in 7.9.7, We have contacted with our support and they tell us to increase the “buffer size” parameter in the gateway to 10.000 for a time it seems to work… but now we are in the same point, we lose the devices and the backup needs 40 minutes to start…
Someone has solve this problem???
