We’re having a problem with one project intermittently dropping out. This afternoon, all the widgets bound to a PLC tag started showing a “Bad Quality” overlay. Similarly, the transaction groups all started logging what I assume was their last good value.

Right about that time, we started getting entries in the logs like “StatusCode=StatusCode[0x807B0000, Severity=Bad, Subcode=Bad_MessageNotAvailable]” (I’ll upload the logs in a moment.) But I’ve no idea what that means.

It looks like this has happened 3-4 times in the past few days. When it happened overnight, it seemed to resolve itself after about an hour.

This is on an A-B ControlLogix PLC and we’re running Ignition 7.5.4 on 64-bit Linux.

Can you export your logs from the console page and attach those?

I’m gonna close up this topic and let the support guys work with you via email/phone. There’s not a simple answer to this one that is gonna be useful to anybody else.
