Hi,

Quick thing to try. What if you removed the ns/s syntax? Referencing this video didn't include those OPC prefixes. That doesn't feel like its the problem, but an easy thing to check.
Any other diagnostic information that you can provide? Can you read any data registers? What about individual bits?
Also welcome to the Ignition forum community
Thank you Chris.
I did try to follow the steps we have in the videos. that gets me connected to SIEMENS but not with MITSUBISHI.
My connection with PLC is ok and it shows "connected".
Thank you
pratik
So you cannot read any tags from the Mitsubishi PLC? Or is the problem specifically reading that data register?
Yes i can not read data from PLC.
I tried to read different data registers , no luck
Just making sure, but do you have the Series set to iQF
in the device connection settings?
If you set the drivers.mitsubishi.Requests.BatchReadWordRequest
logger to TRACE in the gateway logs, are you seeing any errors?
Looks like the PLC is ignoring requests. You should make a Wireshark capture and see if anything other than the opening TCP handshake is getting through. If not, look at your network--firewalls, proxies, antivirus, whatever.
Hi,
I have connected ignition with Mitsubishi Fx5u Directly that means no switch or network would be in the picture.
Still got the same results . Also i tried with bypassing the firewall and Antivirus. No result achieved . Please help
You should contact support, so they can look over your shoulder to see what you've done wrong.
pratick, you are writing the text of your posts as "code". That's why you have a horizontal scrollbar in your posts and the light grey background. Don't add leading spaces or tabs (which turns on code rendering) and it should solve the problem.
