You see a "Bad_ShelvingTimeOutOfRange" code somewhere? What version of Ignition are you using?
I'm trying to connect to DeltaV using Ignition OPC Tunneler.
OPC UA Server: 8.1.25 (b2023021409)
OPC DA Server: 7.9.21 32-Bit

Ok, It's the same error that someone has seen with Rockwell. I'm seeing it while connecting to Emerson DeltaV system.
The only place that code was used was prior to 8.x versions when the trial expired.
Check the 7.9 gateway and make sure it is not expired and the modules are all licensed.
I don't see this 2hr window counter updating. what could be the reason?
I did restart from Utility but still the same error.
Does the timer change if you refresh the page?
You don't appear to have a license at all for that gateway, so maybe the trial is expired, or. maybe there's a bug and the module thinks it's expired. You may need to call into support tomorrow during business hours so they can take a look, assuming you have a valid license key and support contract.
The Issue is fixed after installing Chrome/FireFox.
