Bad_Stale LATCHED VALUE error transaction group

I have this error in a Transaction group ,
the tags are working properly and have values.

checking the gateway it say:

I did a reboot of the server and that fixed the issue, but is this the right way to solve this error?

You should be able to restart just the SQL Bridge module. But if it comes back, consider reporting it to support.

This happened again, this is happening when I Disable the some transactions and then I enable the transactions again. How can I restart just the SQL bridge module?

Gateway web interface => Config => System => Modules, then "More..."
