Bar Chart Starting from Middle

I have made the bar chart on the left (IMG below), but I am struggling to make the bar chart on the right. Is this something Ignition can do without add-ons? If so then how?

• The values for the 'blue' series need to be negative numbers.

• each of the series should have the stacked checkbox turned on.
  

  

• The format of the axis and the data labels should have an 's' on the end to format it to an absolute number (e.g. #.#s)
