Bar chart with a line

I am trying to create the following chart.

I have a dataset with part serial numbers (X-Axis) and actual weights (Y-Axis). I need to draw a line on the same chart that has a value of target weight.

In the attached image, the line would be at 32. Should I use the classic chart or the bar chart component?

You have to use the classic chart. You would create 2 datasets: one for the bar chart information and one for the flat line.
