I was wondering how to set up what seems to be a basic alarm notification pipeline and if it was possible with just one…

After an alarm is generated…
-After a delay of X roster user 1 is notified
-After a delay of X roster user 2 is notified
-After a delay of X roster user 3 is notified (you get the idea until all users are notified)
-After a delay of X roster user 1 is notified

-This basically repeats itself until the alarm is cleared or acknowledged. When it is, an alert is sent out to notify all users that the value has returned to normal.

You will need to create 3 on-call rosters. After this is done, have each one of your 3 notification blocks look at a different on-call roster based on who you want notified at that point of the pipeline.
