Block Transaction Group with Trigger

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to create a Block transaction group triggered by a tag "active".

Since any tag from the block Items is not visible in the "Trigger on item" menu, I've added it in the "Basic OPC/Group items.

The problem is that I'm expecting to store in the DB 5 tags every second, but nothing is wrote except if I modify manually the value of the trigger item.

Here you can fine my current configuration:

The question is: how can I store in the DB the list of Block Items every second only if the "New folder/test" variable is greater than zero?
