I have a Motor Type in a ControlLogix. I created 3 tags based on the block (MOTOR_400, MOTOR_402, MOROT_404). Everything worked fine. I downloaded a different program into the PLC. When I went back to the original program, the 3 tags now have folders icons (in the OPC list) for the subtags (Running…faulted…etc). If I create a new instance of the motor block in the PLC and call it…say Test, it works fine…It shows up in the OPC server and has tag icons for the subtags, not folders. So new ones work fine, but the old ones don’t appear to the OPC server as tags. We are stuck.
What version of Ignition are you using?
Does restarting the ABDrivers or UA module fix it?
