Not sure if this is an issue with the perspective workstation or not, but the border formatting doesn't apply properly. You can see the border doesn't have the radius applied?
It looks fine when you run it in a chrome browser though.

Not so much a bug as that features across browsers and versions vary. Are you using the latest copy of Workstation?
Without insight into the settings you have applied here we're going to have a hard time telling you one way or the other. Please provide a screenshot of the style settings applied to at least one of these components.
