[BUG-1162] Perspective Power Chart axis auto scale always includes zero

Is there a way to to configure axes in a Power Chart to not include zero when set to auto scale? The minimum value never seems to auto scale to anything greater than zero.

This is a known bug and will be fixed in the next release: 8.1.16

8.1.16 was just released if you are eager to get this fix ASAP -you can go ahead and upgrade.
