[BUG-11902] Moving Windows to new folder collapses existing expanded folders and expands just the folder being moved to

When I move a Window from a folder into a new folder, my whole Windows browser structure gets collapsed and then only the folder path where the Window was moved to gets expanded. This is frustrating and 7 used to keep the existing expanded paths expanded.
