[Bug-12845] designer NPE when double clicking fast in property binder

os: win 10 pro

steps to reproduce:
-create new view
-drag a button on the new view
-create a indirect tag binding on any property
-click property binder
-double click the right-chevron on sessions or views (quickly)

Yep, that shouldn’t be happening. I’m opening an internal ticket right now.

This issue was fixed in the build that was uploaded today (2/27).
