[bug-12852] font antialias in Titled Panel for vision

Could you add an option or take care of the component’s option to active the Antialias for the font of “Titled Panel” in component border property ?

I’ve added this to the backlog - we’re forcing anti-alias everywhere in 8, so this should definitely antialias as well.

Thanks @PGriffith, another item for a more modern LAF is the border style of powertable, and alarm status and journal component. A property to change it or a no border style in ignition 8 would be perfect!
