The anchor buttons start out at a normal size like so:
However, if you switch back and forth between Relative and Anchored, the buttons increase in size each time until you can no longer see the other buttons
This behavior is global across all components in the project, and eventually requires the designer to be closed and re-opened in order to set the alignment of more controls.
