I am currently using the b2019022608 build.
I found an issue regarding the project library: after a modification inside the code, the run-time project is not able to receive the updated code. The issue is not present in the designer scope.
As a workaround, I need to restart the Ignition service.

This issue was fixed in the build that was uploaded today (2/28).
