My default tag group is a leased mode, with a rate of 5,000 and a leased/driven rate of 1000. Having added a PLC “seconds” tag, I can see that it is only updating every 5 seconds regardless of whether it’s being viewed in the designer or a perspective session.
I haven’t been able to find any record of this being a bug on the forums, and I’d expect that others would have discovered it before now, but I’ve been over the settings a few times and can’t find anything that might be. I created a new tag group; as soon as I set it to leased, it displays the same symptoms.
My default tag group is set up as follows:
Data Mode: Subscribed
Read after write: true
Optimistic writes: true
Optimistic write timeout: 10,000
I’ve messed with all of those settings to no avail.
