[Bug-13262] Vision - Signal Generator Miscalculates Upper Bound When Lower Bound Is Non-Zero

I’ve been adjusting the bounds a bit to try and figure out what the values are off by, but the signal generator seems to be scaling the bounds incorrectly.

The lower bound works fine, but the value will exceed the upper bound and go to the sum of the lower and upper bound, and then start returning back towards the lower bound.
