[Bug-13452]Progress Bar background color

When making the progress bar background color transparent, it appears white with a gray border. The gray border seems to be part of the background as it gets covered up when the bar fills. The border property for the component is set to No Border

In addition to that the placement of the percentage might not be ideal. We don’t use that feature much, but others might.

I’ve opened an internal ticket, but it’s a problem with the Look-and-Feel used for the component, which means it’s not something we’ll fix in-house, which in turn means it’s going to probably be a couple of releases before it gets fixed unless this already happens to be on their radar.
