[Bug-13565] Tag Editing Documentation should allow for multiple line editing

The v7 tag ‘Documentation’ field provided lots of space and multiple lines in order to document tags and their usages. The new field in v8 is single line and difficult to add much detail into it and make it readable with formatting. Please bring back a multiline field for this property.
