[BUG-13822] When opening UDT in Tag Editor defaults to Properties view with wrong toggle button selected

When opening a UDT definition in the tag editor, occasionally there are two issues:

1. it defaults opening the Basic Properties view instead of the tags:
   
   
2. even though the Basic Properties are opened, the toggle buttons in the top right show that the tags are shown:

I believe the same in-progress ticket for the other udt issue will fix this as well.

This issue was fixed in the 8.0.2 nightly build that was uploaded today (5/20). I'm linking the other post Matt mentioned in case other users want track it.
