[BUG-13870] Styling Dropdown

Is it possible to change the color of the dropdown in 8.0? I have under the style property backgroundColor: #555555 and it is still showing up white.

As for the dropdownOptionStyle i have the same backgroundColor and when selecting a value the options have that color circle around them.

It doesn’t look right if the background of the dropdown is white and the options can have a different color.

Can the color of the entire dropdown be changed?

I does not look like this is currently possible.

We’re already tracking this issue internally. I’ve linked the ticket above and will let you know when its been fixed.

This was fixed as part of the theming update in 8.0.13. It is available in the current nightlies.
