[BUG-13879] Accent mark is replaced by underscore in shortcut

Good afternoon from Canary Island, Spain.

If the title of a project has a accent mark, when the shortcut is created from “Vision Client Launcher”, the accent mark is replaced by an underscore.

This is consistent with the functionality in 7.X from the Native Client Launcher. Some sanitization occurs to prevent names with illegal characters that would prevent the creation of shortcuts that the OS does not allow. I will create a ticket to loosen these restrictions to support additional characters. For now you can simply edit the shortcuts name to the correct one.
