[BUG-13944] Tag's folder name go to lower case when convert 7.9.10 to 8.0.2

I migrated a 7.9.10 backup ti Ignition 8.0.2-nighlty build 2019-05-21.

All Tag’s folder name are lower case instead of uppercase.
Is it an intentional behaviours ?

Yeah, it’s not intentional. I think it happens when the conversion needs to add a folder that is not explicitly defined. We have an ongoing ticket to get this fixed.
