[Bug-13992] Perspective Query binding glitches when adding parameters

Since it’s been there for awhile, I’m assuming hasn’t been reported.

Every time I’m setting my query’s parameters the field and popup just work for the first time. On the next field it acts weird, closing the window or if I try to type something it will erase it. If I close the window and open again, same thing, just the first parameter I edit will work fine.

This issue was fixed in the 8.0.4 nightly build that was uploaded today (8/1).
