A somewhat minor complaint, but one that would be nice to have.
If you zoom in on a perspective window that you are working on, and scroll down, the ruler at the top goes away. Made it a bit of a challenge to make sure that I was aligning an object with the center of the screen and not something else. If it could be fixed to the top, it would help in these types of cases.
