[BUG-14198]Color Picker has clipping issues when alpha < 255

The color picker seems to have clipping issues when setting the alpha < 255 in both Ignition 7.9 and 8.0.
Reproduction Steps

  1. Find a color picker, for example the one in the property edit panel
  2. Set the color to have an alpha value < 255
  3. Position the color picker so that it is only partially visible
  4. Trigger repaints by resizing the window
  5. See color picker be drawn when it shouldn’t be

As a side note, the checkerboard background seems to only show one square rather than a full checkerboard in Ignition 8.

I got the ticket written up for this. Although this will be pretty low priority, it is a bug.
