[BUG-14851]Text Field - Titled Border-Enable Reverts to Default Font Size

Version 8.03
In designer setting the Border property on a Text Field to Titled Border>Titled>Titled Panel to a new font size.
When checking the Behavior>Editable? property Font size reverts back to default font size.

If disabled, in a client, font size is also reverted to default size.

Thank you good description and screenshots, I have replicated the behavior and created a bug ticket for the issue.
