[BUG-1512] SimpleGauge color props do not accept "named colors" from theme variables

For anyone else running into this issue, for now what I did was replace the SimpleGauge component with a RadialBar chart from the KyvisLabs ApexChart Module:

If anyone else has an easy solution without 3rd party modules, let me know :slight_smile:
