After upgrading from v8.0.7 to v8.0.10 the reporting module does not show up in the designer. Output console shows a log stating that the Reporting module is skipped due to Perspective not being installed. Installing the Perspective module resolved the problem.
This looks like a bug, thanks for reporting it.

For posterity, a fix removing the module dependency was added to the 8.0.11 nightly available after 3/25/2020
