[Bug-16837] Error launching a vision or designer client in 8.0.14

Hi,

I try to luach a vision or designer client in 8.0.14 and get the following error.

I checked the folder/file in the cache folder

Anyone knows what causing this? I reinstalled the client and designer a couple of times and I even ran it as administrator.

Can you try renaming that jre-win folder to 11.0.6?

This is supposed to happen after we unzip the runtime but it appears on some Windows systems there’s a permissions error during the rename step.
