[bug-16861]Tag XML Export Issue

I exported the tags to an XML file, updated the opcItemPath and opcServer properties. Re-Imported with no errors. Cleaned up any unused tags and tag UDTs. Attempted to export tag to XML and errors. It will export to JSON with no errors.

ERROR message:

I can send the successfully exported JSON if needed.
