[Bug: 2084] Dock overflow doesn't show in 8.1.4 nightly (regression)

Hi,

The overflow scroll doesn’t appear in dock view. Even forcing overflow to scroll mode, the scrollbars don’t show up.
Especially my problem is for the y-axis overflow scroll bar. The interesting part is in designer overflow work as before and this bug only related to runtime.
I test it in 8.1.4 nightly.

I reported this earlier and it’s being looked at. Should be fixed in the final release if not the RC.
