[Bug-3518] Time Series Chart bug?

HI.
I use a Time Series Chart in my project and i like it alot. It works great with phones and tablets. I use indirect tags, and its no problem to change tags as long as I do not use zoom. If I use zoom and forget to reset before changing, I get component error. Is this a bug?

The post linked did result in a bug ticket getting created for the issue. As Nick noted on the other post the only workaround at this time is to zoom out before switching pens.
