[BUG-579] Simple Gauge in 8.1 RC1 does not update visual when value stops updating - one update behind

The simple gauge is not updating its visual when the value stops updating - and it appears to take the previously updated value. You can see below what happens when the value suddenly goes to zero from 249.

Then in this sequence I went from 0 to 10 to 20 manually - you can see the gauge is one update behind despite the tag being the correct value (matches PLC).

This is in progress for RC3. Thanks for reporting it.

Any timeframe? I’ve spent a considerable amount of time checking my work before checking the forums!

The fix for this issue appears to have been merged into the 8.1.0 “Stable” release.
