I have grouped my alarms and am using the props.filter.conditions.displayPath to allow the operator to select which groups of alarms to show. This seems to work OK as they select the groups to show using check boxes and only the alarms for the boxes ticked show in the journal.
When they pick an alarm and then view only the instances for this alarm it correctly shows only that alarm but after a couple of seconds the journal goes blank and shows no data.
Any ideas what would be causing the journal to behave this way?
This is a known bug. I've added this post to the internal ticket and will update the thread once it's fixed.
