[BUG] 8.0.3-nightly - client tag memory string initialized with NULL

I restored a 7.9.10 gwbk with 8.0.3-nightly.
When I read some client tag memory string, a None value is returned instead of a empty string value.

Could you supply the .gwbk? I attempted to replicate this myself, but all empty-string and null string tags completed the backup process with empty-string values.
