We’ve started noticing a couple issues with user accounts. I had one where a user could no longer log in to the vision client. I reset the user’s password and he could still not log in with the new password. It took deleting and recreating the user’s account for him to be able to log in again.
Today we noticed another issue where suddenly stopped being able to see a power table when logged in to his account. Logging in on another computer with his account produced the same issue, but logging in using a different account allowed him to see the table. We tried restarting ignition, restarting the computer, and deleting the .ignition folder in his c:/users folder.
