[BUG] 8.1.0 Tag browser collapses to root when pasting more than once

These collapsing tree bugs are really quite frustrating, especially when you have deep tree structures

It missed 8.1.1, but there’s some significant improvements to the tree that should hopefully land in 8.1.2.
