Bug: 8.1.10rc1 map wms regression

Hi,
If the map component has a wms layer in raster section, the parent view can't be opened in designer and after a while get following error:

View config is undefined.
Unable to get the view config: View config is undefined.

How to reproduce it:

  1. Create a view.
  2. Add a map component.
  3. Add a wms layers in layers.raster.tile section of the map.
  4. Save the view and close it.
  5. Try to open it and get above error.

Not reproducible. What you’re seeing is likely attributed to something else.

But it only happen when I add my arcgis wms link in layer.
Also this view can open without any problem in previous version I will send you my view export.
