[BUG] 8.1.5 Disabling tag with bad quality doesn't update quality to disabled

I have some tags that had configuration errors. I disabled them however their quality still shows up as configuration error. When I 'restart’ed the tag, it changed to Bad_Disabled as it should.

Any update on this?

I’m not seeing this in version 8.1.7.
