While the perspective project is set to use the Client Timezone
The Alarm Status Table and Alarm Journal Tables use the gateway timezone (UTC)

Yes, we’re aware. There are currently several issues undergoing development in regard to timezones and how they should display depending on Gateway/Project/Session settings.
